How We Source

We are not a factory. We are a sourcing & supply partner: we know where standard screws are made, compare the realistic options, and take responsibility for matching your specification. Here is exactly how an order runs.

1

Inquire

You send what you need — sizes, material, finish, quantity, destination. A photo or drawing of the existing screw works too; attach it to the RFQ form. We confirm the specification back to you in plain language before anything else.

2

Source

We match the confirmed specification against qualified factories in the domestic supplier network and compare realistic options — ready lines, sourced production runs, or a combination. You get the options with a quotation based on quantity and specification.

3

Consolidate

Ordering several sizes? We consolidate them into one coordinated order — packed together, checked against the confirmed specification, and shipped as one. Mixed-SKU orders are our normal case, not an exception.

4

Pack & Ship

Standard export packing with shipping terms agreed in the quotation. The schedule you receive is attached to your actual items and destination — not a generic promise.

Working with the supply environment

Our business is connected to the Pearl River Delta fastener and manufacturing supply environment, with sourcing contacts across China's fastener supply chain. That proximity is practical, not decorative — it means shorter feedback loops when a specification needs checking, and more options when a sourcing route needs a second choice.

Quality coordination

Specifications are matched and confirmed before sourcing. Quality documentation availability depends on the product and supplying factory — tell us what your project requires (for example material certificates or test reports) and we confirm what can be provided with your quotation.

Third-party inspection options can be discussed per order where the shipment size justifies it.

  1. Tell us the documents your project needs (for example material certificates or test reports) in your RFQ.
  2. We confirm availability with the supplying factory — the answer is recorded in your quotation.
  3. Where documentation is available, it ships with your order.
